Fernie Real Estate saw an opportunity to create a magazine that would work to both elevate Fernie’s commercial and residential real estate exposure and position Fernie Real Estate strongly in the market. They required concept, design, layout and sales direction on the project.
Savage Marketing designed a magazine that effectively communicates the drives in investing in the real estate market in Fernie and Fernie Real Estate’s niche in this market. By including imagery that epitomizes the unique mountain location of Fernie and stressing Fernie’s recreational qualities the magazine also showcases Fernie as a great mountain getaway.
