A LeBlond Partnership project, the 901 Fernie will join other such projects such as the Banff Springs Hotel Spa. LeBlond believes in Architecture as a Process; “Spirit of Place” is at the heart of their buildings, providing a building personality and atmosphere which results in a timeless affect in their character.
The Challenge
“Spirit of Place” calls for the seamless melding of the new living space into its community, Fernie. Incorporating the historical Fernie Secondary School into the development helps accomplish that for the building, and so the partnership group required concept and design to create appropriate branding to represent their elite project.
The Solution
From long established roots in the town of Fernie, Savage Marketing is able to draw on its experience in brand creation and design to compose a series of products that showcase the high quality living concept of the 901 Fernie. With images that resound with the essence of the community, Savage Marketing designed tasteful, recognizable, and simple branding to capture the spirit of Fernie and consistently create web space, brochures, publications, and a perception the reflects the quality living environment of the 901 Fernie.
